Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Bohiti Botánica is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Bohiti Botánica is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
International Shipping
