REFUND POLICY
At Bohiti Botánica, each product is crafted with care and intention. Due to the nature of our skincare and bath products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
Final Sale
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. This policy helps ensure the integrity and quality of all items we ship.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
Allergies & Sensitivities
We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test before full use. Bohiti Botánica is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued due to personal reactions to ingredients.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bohiti Botánica is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Refunds
Approved refunds or store credits will be issued at our discretion. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
