Rooted in Caribbean ancestry and shaped by lived experience, this work comes from a deep belief that healing is both personal and collective. What began as a way to tend to the body became a practice of remembrance—honoring the curanderas, botánicas, and ancestral knowledge that taught us that care is sacred, and tending to ourselves is an act of power.
