• 100% Sodium Bentonite Clay Powder

• With the included wooded spoon, place necessary amount of clay into lid tray and add water or apple cider vinegar, combine to form a paste, use as face mask - allow to fully dry (approx. 20-30 minutes) before removing.
• Add to bath for detoxifying.
• Can be used as acne spot treatment (see direction above).
• Can be used to treat poison ivy (see directions above - do not use apple cider vinegar) - apply the paste to the affected area, cover with a clean bandage or gauze pad, repeate several times per day until the rash is gone.
• Can be used to treat diaper rash. Combine clay with coconut oil, zinc oxide cream or shea butter to form a paste (do not apply the powder directly to the baby's skin as they may inhale some of it). Keep the mixture in a clean glass container.
• Can be used as a hair mask to help with dandruff, hydrate the hair and scalp, strengthen the follicle and control frizz. Add powder to 3-9 tablespoons of water, and optional 6 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 3 tablespoons of oils such as coconut oil, olive oil or sweet almond oil. Mix well until the consistency is similar to Greek yogurt. Apply to hair in sections, can be applied to clean, damp or wet hair but make sure to fully saturate the hair. Leave-in for about 25-30 minutes, you can add heat for deeper penetration. Shampoo and condition normally after.
